My career began in 2016 within the BPO industry — an environment that demanded strong communication and taught me, early on, that resilience is non-negotiable. In 2020, I made a deliberate decision to step into freelancing, building my expertise from the ground up as a Gig Expert before establishing myself as a dedicated digital marketer.
It was through that journey that I discovered GoHighLevel — and immediately understood what it could do for businesses willing to build it properly. I immersed myself in the platform, mastered its full scope, and began designing end-to-end systems for clients. I brought that knowledge — and this vision — into the partnership we have today.
My role is to lead the strategy: defining the architecture, engineering the automation logic, and ensuring every system we build is one our clients can rely on long-term.
